- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Dont trust them said we were insured when we were not. Asked chris about it he said he could not help us what do you mean you cant help us he got very rude and said he owns this location. Useless place to count on because insurance is a big deal so dont even count on this place they could ruin your life. Chris rose is lair and wont return your messages or call back because he was hiding because he knows he screwed up big time. I will be going to headquarters in Bloomington to tell them how horrible this agency really is.
